All sales are final. As we can not know every book you own, we can not guarantee you will not get a book already on your shelf. Because of this, we recommend that you are as detailed at possible in the note section in providing your good reads list (or similiar profiles) or even your amazon wishlist to try and insure you get a new book to add to your collection.
If there are orders, there is always a live stream on Tiktok on our account @techsupportevie at 8:30PM CST until orders are completed. You can opt in or out to have your book wrapped. Camera angles are ensured your book remains unknown, and you can pick the specific goodies you get.
Random live streams will also have additional gifts added to your order as a thank you for participating in the live.
If you order on Wednesdays AFTER 12:00 PM CST, your order will be wrapped the next Wednesday.
